The Maintain Apps have been created by property industry experts with decades of experience in maintenance and management.

The founder and CEO of Maintain Limited, Gary Drewett, has worked in the property industry for over 22 years. Having founded several successful companies, in 2016 he began a new venture offering multi-trade support to managing agents.

In this latest role, he discovered the huge amounts of time and money that were wasted everyday thanks to failed communication lines and poor administration between the three key stakeholders: tenants, agents and contractors. There had to be some cloud-based software or mobile apps that would solve the issues...but there wasn't anything that perfectly matched the everyday issues that the new company faced.

Once a suitable technology partner had been identified, in 2020 the project began to take shape to deliver the cloud software and suite of apps for all users that created the seamless lines of communication and updates between all parties. Gary, commented "What we have set out to do is create an Uber-like system where an agent can deploy jobs easily to the best contractors to accept jobs, and then track the job's "journey" in real-time. Tenants know what's happening and when, Agents don't need to field and make umpteen phone calls and Contractors can focus on their skilled work without interruption. Everyone is happier and we are saving time and money!"
